We at GFB are proud of our reputation for high-quality customer service and excellent product technical support. There is absolutely no reason why any technical problem with a GFB product cannot be resolved, so if you do have a problem, please contact GFB (Sydney, Australia) via email ( support@gfb.com.au ) or telephone (+612 9534 0099). The problem will be quickly sorted out by one of the engineers that design the products.
